Designed as an exclusive adults-only sanctuary, Domaine de la Cascade Parfumée is far more than just a place to stay: it is a living conservatory of Grasse’s botanical heritage. Here, we passionately cultivate—according to the rigorous standards of Ecocert-certified organic farming—over 200 iconic Centifolia rose bushes, Jasmin Grandiflorum, Tuberose, lavandin, and a unique collection of a hundred citrus trees that fragrance the air throughout the seasons.
To fulfill our visitors’ quest for wonder as they discover the secrets of Grasse, the Estate houses a masterful centerpiece: the Atelier-Verrière. It is beneath this historic former horticultural greenhouse that the magic happens. Gathered around our glass alambic, we invite you to take part in our exclusive workshops: from the morning harvest of our flowers to the artisanal distillation of your very own essences. The Independent "Mas"
Enjoy a 50 sqm independent house featuring 2 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom. This authentically charming accommodation is ideal for hosting families or groups in complete privacy at the heart of the estate.
Pool, Spa & Innovative Water Management
During your stay, enjoy complimentary access to our pool and 7-seater spa for a privileged moment of relaxation (an intimate wellness space, exclusive to our guests). Water is, in fact, at the heart of the estate's ecosystem: an abundant natural spring flows through the property, allowing for virtuous and innovative water management. It is ingeniously used for the natural heating and cooling (freecooling) of the Bastide.

Each plate is passionately prepared using sun-drenched vegetables from our own Ecocert-certified organic market garden, and enhanced by the extra virgin olive oil from our 80 centuries-old olive trees.
