Located just 2 kilometers from the town center of Grasse, the Domaine provides easy access to the treasures of this historic city. For added convenience, a complimentary shuttle service is available for our guests, ensuring seamless travel between the Domaine and the heart of Grasse.

Every detail, from the carefully chosen decor to the bespoke furniture, captures the essence of Provençal art de vivre. The warm atmosphere is fully combined with the comfort provided by both the quality equipment and the carefully selected linen bedding.

Breakfast

For a gentle start to the day, enjoy the continental breakfast included in your stay: homemade jams, fresh fruit juice, viennoiseries, and fresh bread straight from the village bakery.

For those with a bigger appetite, treat yourself to our Royale Brunch (25 € per person) and discover the delights of organic products from the Domaine and our local producers.
A generous selection including: fruit juice, viennoiseries & pastries, fresh bread with homemade jams, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruits, cheese and ham, and eggs cooked to your liking.

Dinner

In the evening, we offer a 5-course menu, entirely homemade, for a true discovery of the fresh, generous flavors of Provençal cuisine (58 € per person). All prepared with the organic products from our garden.

We also offer a lighter menu (38 € per person), featuring a garden vegetable velouté, a board of organic cheese and ham, other regional specialties, and a homemade dessert of the day.

They experienced, they loved

It was like stepping into the very soul of Provence. The thoughts were directed to the film A Good Year, where a busy businessman falls in love with the calm, the contemplation and the feeling of closeness. This place can do that and with a service level of the highest class. We were spoiled beyond the normal.

Our stay at this majestic and comfortable Bed & Breakfast in Grasse, France was one of the most delightful highlights of our trip to the South of France and Côte d’Azur. Hosts Paul and Valérie welcomed us so warmly, fed us so deliciously with divine croissants, coffee, fresh orange juice, homemade preserves and fruit from their garden and shared with us the fascinating history of this beautiful, stately residence. Their love for it and pride in it is evident throughout. Sometimes the accidental “finds” in life yield the happiest moments and memories. Cascade de la Parfumée is one of those “finds”.

Our stay was a highlight of our holiday. The personal service we received was exceptional. The newly refurbished rooms are beautiful as are the views from the pool. The home cooked food using ingredients from the kitchens garden is another highlight. The location is perfect for Grasse and the surrounding area. I don’t write reviews but this gem deserves an exception !

We were able to slow down for 5 days in this little paradise - everything is at its best - tradition meets modernity - it couldn't be better. You taste real organic products from the hotel's large garden. You enjoy the peace and quiet and are only an 11-minute drive away from the hustle and bustle. And then, the fresh and toput mini carrots just picked from the garden ... mmhh! that's the cherry on the cake! Goodbye. So long, we'll see each other again.

After several stops along the Italian border and French Riviera, this one was by far hte highlight! This place is the antidote to a stressfull life and tourist traps - wonderful countryside location, very large comfortable rooms, tasty home-made breakfast and incredibly generous and welcoming hosts who make you fell at home.

Les Cascades Parfumées is a true hidden corner on Earth, a little paradise. A place where you can relax, free your mind and awaken your senses. Thanks to Valérie and Paul for this refined experience. And the ratatouille is the cherry on the cake...
